The instrument will not be affected by any temperature or humidity fluctuations, external radiation, mechanical shock, or vibration. Two AAA batteries are sufficient for several months of autonomous operation.
These features, along with optional integrated sensors for temperature, humidity, barometric pressure, and CO2, make the Radon Scout Professional the ideal choice for short- and long-term radon sampling, as well as personal dosimetry. The fast and statistically accurate measurement, combined with the optional switching output, allows for direct control of ventilation systems to maintain the statutory radon threshold.
Like all SARAD devices, the instrument can be calibrated. All results are saved in non-volatile memory and can be read via the USB interface.
Only high-quality components are used for the Radon Scout Professional, which is manufactured at our location in Dresden.
The instrument is supplied with a calibration certificate in accordance with DAkkS. The calibration process meets the requirements of DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018.
