2D array for beam QA, commissioning and linac service
IC PROFILER™ from Sun Nuclear is a 2D ion chamber array for fast beam profile measurements on linear accelerators. In a single irradiation it can verify output constancy, beam quality, flatness, symmetry, field size and penumbra width.
The value is speed and repeatability: instead of setting up a water tank for every routine verification, the physicist can obtain a full-field reading in minutes and identify trends before they become clinical downtime or relevant deviations.
