What is Plan AI?
Plan AI is a cloud-native software application that analyses thousands of clinical treatment plans to derive optimised, patient-specific dosimetry objectives. Instead of relying on individual planner experience or lengthy manual iterations, Plan AI automatically predicts the “best achievable plan” outcome and sends optimisation criteria directly to the treatment planning system (TPS).
How it works:
- Patient analysis — the patient’s anatomy is analysed against models trained on more than 5,000 real clinical cases
- AI prediction — the system predicts the best achievable dose objectives for each OAR and target volume
- Export to TPS — optimisation objectives are automatically sent to Eclipse™ or RayStation® via scripting

Does Plan AI replace my TPS?
No. Plan AI complements your existing treatment planning system (Eclipse™ or RayStation®). It works via script-based integration, generating optimisation objectives that are imported into the TPS — the planner retains full control of the process.
Do I need to train models with my own data?
No. Plan AI’s five models come pre-trained and validated with more than 5,000 clinical cases. They are ready to use immediately after installation, with no need to build, train or maintain local models.
Is patient data secure?
Yes. Plan AI was built with HIPAA and GDPR-compliant architecture. EU patient data remains on European servers, all information is encrypted, and the system is backed by an ISO 27001 certified ISMS.
