SunCHECK Platform

The SunCHECK Platform is Sun Nuclear’s integrated solution for comprehensive radiotherapy quality assurance programme management. It automates and centralises machine verification (Machine QA), treatment plan verification (Patient QA) and continuous monitoring of linear accelerator performance. It integrates with leading oncology information systems (OIS), reducing analysis time and eliminating manual processes in the medical physicist‘s workflow.

MapCHECK 3

The MapCHECK 3 is the gold-standard detector array for IMRT and VMAT plan verification. With 1,527 SunPoint² diodes arranged across an optimised measurement area, it offers the highest resolution on the market for pre-treatment radiotherapy dosimetry. Its rapid setup and integrated analysis with SunCHECK make Patient QA verification efficient and reliable, significantly reducing quality assurance turnaround times.

ArcCHECK

The ArcCHECK is a cylindrical phantom with 1,386 detectors for three-dimensional verification of rotational treatment plans — VMAT, RapidArc and tomotherapy. It provides true 3D dose distribution measurement, validating treatment delivery in realistic geometry. It is the benchmark in many centres for commissioning and QA of advanced radiation therapy techniques.

SunSCAN 3D

The SunSCAN 3D is a water scanning system for beam commissioning and reference dosimetry. With a high-precision tank and integrated electrometer, it enables efficient acquisition of dose profiles, PDDs and output factors. The complementary software provides complete data analysis for linear accelerator commissioning and periodic beam verification.

IC PROFILER

The IC PROFILER is an ionisation chamber array system for rapid daily beam constancy checks. With real-time measurement of symmetry, flatness, energy and field size, it enables the medical physicist to perform morning quality assurance automatically and reproducibly. Data is automatically logged in SunCHECK for long-term trend analysis.
